LUD changed: Jun-15-2004

Hi

I guess some one along the line has changed the excel file..i dont see lot of data's that i used to see 3 days before!..

Correct me if i am wrong!.
 
I agree, even my information is not there and my 140 was approved in April. this is a very old tracker. Guys, pls go back a few pages and update the correct tracker.

Buddy, if you need some help in updating files please let us know, please avoid loading outdated files, we are missing 75% updates in the file u uploaded.

Today is my DAY....!!!
Finally........I140 and I485 both Approved for my wife and myself - EB3 Semi Concurrent...approved 6/30/04 :) :) :)
I got real independence before independence day....!!!! :) :) :)

I have attached my detail in tracker sheet. My wife's filing date is the same as mine. When I saw the approval message online today - I was s-o-o-o surpirsed...!!! :eek: I was not expecting our I-485 approval..!! It seems USCIS are working very hard...!! Please do not give up your hope. You might be the next...!

Good luck to all of you. This is a great forum. I like to thank to all of you who made all the important suggestion that gave me oppertunity to learn a lot. It has been very helpful.

Please advice what should I do now?

I have changed my company A to Company B before my I140 and I485 approved (1 month ago). Now both approved. Company A has aggreed to continue my I-140 till it gets approved. I was planning to use AC21, But my I485 got approved now. What a Day...!!!! Am I in problem or I should not worry about that much...I am confused in this situation...!!!

LUD: 04/19/2004 no change of message thats about it..dates now showing november 9th not sure whats going on.
 
My 140 was approved today. Like other concurrent approvals - I hope mine comes through in a day or two.

I have attached updated spreadsheet.

I think it does.. I am in the same boat... my ND is 07/14/2003 Concurrent filer.. still waiting for 140.. LUD says 04/19/2004 around the time i changed my address.

Congratulations! Seems like the Fujie memo is working. FP is the key, after that if you apply for anything your 485 might get approved.

Be sure to post your approval in the VSC 485 forum and maybe rupnet also.

Also not sure why some ppl are adding rows at the end, you should be adding them based on the ND.

i saw that you got your FP in april . did it reflect in the online message that you got an fp notice ? did your last update date change ? did you get a notice via snail mail that you have to do your FP ? how long did it take you to get the notice in mail after change to your last update date ?

Since your FP is done, 2nd EAD approval should have triggerred 485 approval too right? :confused: What am I not following here?
