2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Traveling to Canada

Hi,

I have my EAD and AP but waiting for I-140 and 485. If I want to travel to Canada do I need a Canadian Visa or can I just use the 2 documents (EAD and AP) to travel. I need this information urgently.

I would think you need Canadian visa for entering Canada. AP is to enter US back right.

Why are you interested in the processing status so much? These updated dates look fake. CIS does not work on cases based on the date. If luck favours you might even get your 485 cleared before the 140.

Just found out my I140 was approved yesterday.

RD : 10/15/2003
ND : 10/20/2003
AD : 06/03/2003

Updated the tracker.

Now onto the final and longest strech - I485 :)
Good luck to all. I hope this means BCIS isnt sitting on applications and there is some movement...

Did you receive an email notification (assuming this was set up)?

Was the online status updated?

And just to confirm you didn't have an RFE, right?

BTW, this was an EB3, concurrent I-485 case (so people don't need to look at the tracker :).

RD: 10/20/2003 (Concurrent Filing, 140, 485, EAD and AP)
EAD: 03/15/2004
AP: 03/03/2004
I-140: 06/03/2004 (No RFE)

I am not in the tracker spreadsheet. Please add my name to it.

I like to thank immigrationportal community for support. Though I am not a very active member, I used to read messages here often. This community answers lot of questions and clear out the doubts, especially when you hear baseless rumours.

I can't believe my eyes but it's true.

My I-140 is approved. ND is Oct 21, 2003. Category is EB3. No RFEs. Filed concurrently.

Large company, labor filed in my name.... I guess mine would constitute an "easy" application, which is probably why it got approved before most other Oct cases.

Please add my info to the tracker, I did not have my name on there.

FYI, six more cases of ND Oct 21 that I was tracking got approved. USCIS is definitely into October.

Just got the Approval Notice in mail. The status on the web is still not updated.

Can someone please update the tracker.

does some one know a reasonable answer to the question that "why they are working on OCT cases and not working on SEP cases?" mine is spe 26th, last update date changed on 05/25/2004, nothing after that, realling loosing it now

any idea why?

manojvig..just cant understand..as usual there is no logic!! Its deintely good indeed for the oct-nov guys...but i can understand how u feel..lets hope they clear the backlogs as well...
 
What happend to the September cases? My is ND is 09/23/2003 and last updated on 05/17/2004. It is totally unfair leaving half of the cases and moving to Oct cases.

Hi,
I tried scanning for the concurrent filing of cases for DEC 04 2003. I made a mistake while giving the range and now it is not allowing me .Has any body scanned the details of dec 04 2003. You reply in this regard will be highly appriciated.
