Second Time LUD Changed after FP
Hi Guys,
Can some one Please tell me if this is common??
My LUD has changed twice. I did my FP 10/21/04.
485 - ND 10/28/03
FP - 10/21/04
LUD Change with FP Info - 10/28/04
Second Time LUD Change with FP info - 11/30/04

LUD update: 10/4/2004 (fingerprinting recd, processing resumed...), 11/18/2004 (no change), 11/19/2004 (no change)
I'm hoping this is a good sign if they're 'processing' stuff, but since its been almost 2 weeks now since the last LUD update, its probably just another 'blip' with no real significance.

My Case has been Transfered to New York Local Office in Nov 24th 2004 (We the the unlucky ones)
We want to travel to india for the wedding of my Husband's brother. Can this be a valid reason for a expedite request. Please advise.

FP done on 11/9/04 - Newark. EAD/AP status had been entered previously, but the columns were blanked !!! hence the update.
Here's hoping the festival season brings good cheer. I see a band of brothers & sisters in the month of Nov 03 awaiting 140 approvals ... keep the faith.

Where are the OCT 485 filers??
Take a look in the tracker -- there are 2 EB2 and 3 EB3 October approvals.
My own ND is 10/23/03 and I'm hoping that the VSC is maybe starting to look at my case as the LUD changed on 11/30/04. For that date I'm tracking 196 other I-485 cases (11 approvals and 7 transfers so far): http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=986978#post986978

My green card was approved yesterday along with my wife. As though I was not a great contributor to this tracker, this tracker really helped me to go thru this phase.

Can self's I485 be delayed because of wait on wife's FP ?

Although I got finger printed on Sep 14,2004 I postponed my wife's FP until Jan 2005 - because my wife is coming back from India then. Is it possible for my I485 to get delayed because of that? I inquired from BCIS and they said No, they are two separate cases and one does not wait on the other. But is it still possible? Any thoughts?

Look in the scanning thread for more info. I can't scan any more days (it took me over 3 weeks to find all the I-485 cases for a single day using a single IP). FWIW, I'm scanning EAC04016 (= 10/23/03, my ND) on a regular basis which might be useful for your purposes. There has been *some* October 2003 activity (especially LUD changes) but it probably won't pick up steam (with approvals coming) for another month or so IMO.
