Hi dashDurai.

No approval, no FP so far. I'm EB3 also (EAC04016xxxxx -- so just a few days ahead of you).

A week ago it looked like the VSC could get to these applications within a month or so. Now, who knows...

I have the same notice date as yours OCT 28 (EAC04019*****). Nice to some one with the same filing date. So much for all the theories and predictions, the memo doesn't seem to have any impact on VSC.
 
Has any body received IEAD or EAD recently who also received RFE on I-140 or I-140 approved with RFE

Last week i ran script to findout the status on EAC04019____ stunned to see almost 80 people got approved their I140 approved on 11/13/2003 (!!!!) within 14 days of their ND..

here we are waiting more then 7 month with no response.. not even our last updated date matches with their approve date...

the 140 that were approved within a month must be for multi national executives and for people who work in large corporations. It also depends on the lawyer, I know a friend of mine who filed his 140 (EB2) separately in NSC got his case approved in a month, no RFE . He works for an mnc and they must be having a very good lawyer. we just have to wait and hope for the best.

Got my 140 approved today.

Case number: EAC032185****
Receipt date: 07/25/2003 - NO RFE

EAD: ND 10/21/2003 - RFE 03/2003 - RFE replied
AP: ND 10/21/2003 - RFE 03/2003 - RFE replied
485: ND 10/21/2003 (no finger prints)

Hey dashDurai.

Last time I checked on immigrationwatch 25% of the applications with ND's around mine were approved. I don't think that this means that we've been "skipped" or anything -- this is probably due to

+I-140's from different catagories which are further along (e.g. nurses, executives etc. -- these all have ND's which are past 12/03).

+people who got RFE's during the initial pass at the application -- this often seems to result in a rapid adjucation of the case

I probably put more faith in the tracker associated with this thread than any other source -- this presents the best snapshot of where things stand IMO and there are plenty of people in June, July or even earlier who still haven't been approved.

Can someone advise me on, whether I can mail the AP applications for me and my wife in one envelope? Or Do I have to send these applications in separate envelopes?

Some one updated with old tracker, yesterday I have updated with my 140 aprovel information, but it is missed in the latest tracker.

Please some one update with my info.

AD: 04/30/2004

One of my friend 140 aproved today: EB3 concurent,

ND: 9/9/2003 No RFE.

My I 485 (ND 19th Mar, 2003) was approved on 4/29/04.

Both my I-140 and I-485 show updated date as 04/01/2004

Both my I-140 and I-485 show updated date as 04/01/2004 ie. BCIS has touched my files.

My RD : 05/05/2003 (EB3 - Concurrent filing)

My greatest fear is that they might have gone into a BLACK HOLE of the "NEW MEMO", which says that they would be processed when I-485 is adjudication ready(which no one knows what it is).

Is anyone is in the same BOAT !!!!!!!!!!
 
Congratulations mdu123!!!

That's so fast. Is this approval due to new memo? I have noticed mdu123, I140 got approved way back (some time in June 03) even though it is cocurrent filing. Does this mean VSC considering all concurrently filed applications, irrespective of I140 adjudication status???

I think, we will find out with more of these approvals!!!

Congrats ... I got excited when I saw your post and I scanned EAC03100 (2/12/2003 ) and EAC03110 (2/25/2003 ), but ... no approvals from the last scan (5/3/2004) ... but that doesn't mean anything yet. Anyway among that almost 400 cases scanned now for both days I guess more than half should be concurrent.

Can you give us some more info regarding your case: no of empl in your company, RFE, PD, state LC approval etc
