   1/9 (per AVM)

Actual receipt - probably still being processed by USPS and I may get it some day!!!
 
biu. any updates ? my FP was given on May 29. The voice system

is not updated yet. Isn\'t it time for the VM to get updated?
Mine was old traditional paper charcoal fingerprinting, could that
take longer?

FP status not updated

Its more than month now after FP but AVM is not updated with FP status...did FP in Detroit INS...Anybody in same boat ???
 
FP done on JUN 18 but got FP notice again for Aug 22.

I got my FP done on Jun18 in Cincinnati. I got the FP notice last week again scheduled for AUg 22. When called FBI they said FP is already done on JUn18. Does FBI know about the result or is it INS who takes decesion . My lawyer said just go and give the FP again if they want it.

Do I call the 1800 number given on Fingure print notice or do I call FBI. As I mentioned before I have already called FBI and thier answer was FP Done. thats it.

i think you call the fbi regular number

and ask for the result. ask INS if they got the result and
it is on record. if that is done then you are fine.

What do you all think based on the rate at NSC is approving..is there any chance of getting approval this year for Jan Feb Cases or any chance within a year ?

BTW, my fp done June 4th 02..AVM not updated yet..

FP Question

I have a question on how we can determine if the FP were fine and approved. Is there a number to call either FBI or the INS for that and if processing on my case was resumed.

Received Date by INS: 5-10-02
Notice Date: 5-21-02

FP Chicago: 7-3-02
EAD received: 7-2-02

AP received: 7-17-02 (dated 7-10-02)

LIN-02-191-xxxxx

No update on AVM

No RFE - which is good!!!, but also bad - as at least when you get and RFE, you know someone is opening your file as compared to it sitting in a pile somewhere.

After FP My AVM msg didnt change, Wifes went back to original???
i.e. ur applicationfor 485 blah, blah,blah...

waiting to hear from AVM processing resumed.
