VM for me has changed to 'processing resumed' but not to my wife.
Was anybody is this situation earlier ? What can be the problem ?

I have not received my EAD yet....
I have not received my EAD yet, my wife needs this ASAP. The latest JIT says 06/18, and my ND for 765 (EAD) is 06/17. I hope we will get the EAD next week, because the VM has not changed.
For 485, the situation is same - my wife's not changed,

received my EAD
though my VM did not change, to my surprise, I received my EAD card on Saturday, two days shy off of the 3 month period.

- Called IIO .... supposedly FP is on the way

- I called IIO and asked them about my FP.. and was told that it has been ordered!!!! and I should be getting it shortly... ( I am not sure about what ordered means... ). Few weeks back when I called I was told to send a fax ( which I did not ) and today I get this .. so there is progress. Will post more info when I get it.

Checked AVM...It has changed now.."results of FP has been received on July 24 and processing has been resumed...."

Asked attorney to fax an inquiry on 9/2 (120 days past ND). Received response from INS a week later that said FP notice will be mailed Sep 12 and scheduled for Oct 10. I'm not sure if this was purely a coincidence. I suspect INS is randomly setting aside some cases until an inquiry is sent.

FP Sched: 10/10
Not sure if I can get the FP done sooner, and if it even matters. Good luck to others that are waiting for their FP.

- Spoke to IIO today and was told that FP was ordered in April!!!!.
- I was given the fax number to query this..
What the hell is this.. does it mean that it was lost or simply stuck somewhere... Anyone in the same boat..
