On October 10, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.


Will post more info when I get the paperwork.

Good news at least something happened

Hi GcRus this is good news for December filers that they have at least started processing December cases....

Folks,

My case is approved on 03/03/03. Started this whole process in 02/98. Got my Labor and I-140 from TSC. I am glad that this eternal wait came to an end. Please find all my details from PCee's site.

If there is one person I cannot thank enough, it is PCee. Great selfless service! Hope you got yours yesterday too.

Congratulations. I think you are the first one on this boardt that got approved in CSC after INS became BCIS.

I just checked online system (after looking at your message) and my case is not yet approved :(

Congrats gcRUS, So there has been a confirmed no hiccup transfer to BCIS, thats good. Now only if the pace picked up.

Sent fax to INS for me on 04-11-03.
Received handwritten answer on 04-22-03.
"case will be forwarded for adjudication"

Sent fax to INS for wife on 04-25-03.
Received handwritten answer on 05-07-03.
"cases with your receipt date are currently adjudicated"
Both answers are without date and signature from BCIS officer.

RFE for me:
Prospective Employment Letter: Submit a current letter from the prospective employer who filed I-140 on your behalf to verify that they are still offering you a position. The letter on file is not current.

RFE for wife:
I-140 Approval Notice: Submit a copy of the form I-797? approval notice for the principal applicant's approved I-140 petition


What is strange. They didn't ask for W2, tax return, pay stub.
