So sooner or later people who have changed jobs after 180 days will be screwed?
Expect one of the 2 things to happen :-
1. Now companies might start to revoke I-140s
2. BCIS might give RFEs like the above one.
Either way we are screwed...

What about AC21? How does that factor into the current RFE issual?

I797 - Notice of action sent by INS
It can be receipt, aproval, RFE etc.
By the way I did not change my employer.
I think now 90% receive RFE.
18 monthes past from filing. Now INS has time to check case.
But after some scandals INS want to be sure that nothing changed since 18 monthes before sending approval.
I mean
company still exist, pettioner still in USA, still work, stiil want GC, still work for the same employer, company still want to sponsor GC.
I think this is a reason for too much RFE. They don't want to make bad news

Case Status - Finger Print
Hi
When I check my case status online, I am seeing this message for a long time. What exacly this means:
Is FBI cleared the case or What?
"On April 25, 2002, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."
Can anyone advise me on this?
