Lc I spoke to my attorney and he told me that DOL had got the timelines estimated wrong and now they are saying the case might take anywhere between 5 to 6 months thats 150 - 180 days..... my case was filed in chicago on May 11th and still shows inprocess. Good Luck to you all.

Everybody My company filed about 20 cases till now 18 of them are in Audit Review and the dates of PD range from May 7th to sometime in June. All of the cases are in Chicago NPC and I wonder if the cases in Chicago were subjected to rerun with the new matrix. Thanks
