    EB2 is current, should not be affected by the country. To answer your question, I am not from India. Is my observation correct that this forum is primarily used by folks from India?

    It is true that there is no retrogression in EB2. Somebody was asking about LUDs. There were no LUDs since Biometrics. I got an RFE previously which was related to the H1b extession, and we sent the approval notice for the extended H1b.

    Thanks everyone for your wishes! It is EB2 category (advanced degree). I am from the non-retrogressed country. As far as I recall, my PD is October 2002. Thanks again!

    bobby_rad_1 I have the same RD as yours: Concurrent I140/I485 on November 14, 2003. No response since May 2004, the day of fingerprinting.
