While doing case status inquiry for me, my congressman's office has been informed by NSC that there are no EB2 visas available for applicants from India until October 1, 2005. I doubt this information and so does my attorney.

I need to know your country to get the right case status from NSC. I would really appreciate your early response.

EB2 is current, should not be affected by the country. To answer your question, I am not from India.

Is my observation correct that this forum is primarily used by folks from India?

I'm not sure about your observation. All applicants who have some issues/curiousity/questions about their immigration process, interact here..I guess..
