i140 approved I've been watching this thread from day 1 it was created. Just got the email that my I140 was approved. EB2, WAC052505****, RD 9/19 ND 9/22. Just hold on there and you will get it.

RIR case's PD is not current yet theoretically I can file I-140. There are prior cases where a pending I-485 took a earlier PD of multiple approved I-140's. Except for this part, your advice is exactly the same with my lawyer. :-)
