Sounds like an RFE. But I could be wrong. One way, it feels good to have an RFE, if we are in a position to answer the question and it is something answerable. So that, the case will gets approved. Good Luck!!

mine had a LUD (140) around 4 pm on 3/30/05 with no message, and got approved by 8:30 am on 3/31/2005 (LUD chANGED TO 3/31/05)and message also updated saying case approved on 3/30. if everything goes fine, Hopefully you may get your approval on Monday morning.

just one thought, I had an understanding from the messages on portal, when your 485 is approved, your H status is not valid. So if your 485 is approved while you're abroad, you cannot enter using your H status. You must have a AP, to enter into the country. But I am not 100% sure,. So please...

Yes, I am seeing the PD on my 140 approval notice. It is same as the Labor filing date. 485 is not approved yet. The dates moved to NoV, but Oct cases were not approved yet??????
