"Just moved to the adjudication's area, adjudications should occur in

Any body got similar reply and know, whether their name check is pending or not? Or any updates or approvals after such reply.
The message received from Division XII is

""Just moved to the adjudication's area, adjudications should occur in
4-6 weeks".

But it was very quick reply. I din't anticipated, they reply within couple of hours.

Hi Blade_runner,
I also got an LUD on my case. I think they will update the date, after sending the reply. Lets see, I'll be waiting to hear your approval, so that I can expect mine....:-((

But the message hasn't changed.

csc #

its working.
the info they give depends on the mood of the person who answers :)
in my case the lady said she couldnt see the name check info.
i verified that FP results were received by cis.
hope that helps.

Well, I also got a reply in 2 hours. But it was standard that name check is pending. I also got LUD update on my application.
I think LUD update does not mean anything after they reply.

My story

My i-140 was approved on 3/29/05, but i-485s for myself and spouse were "pending" since then until I knew the "truth" early this month.

Made many phone calls and asked layer to initiate an inquiry, but no any reponse yet. Sent email to CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov on 6/6 for status. I got reply on 6/7 and was told my case was approved on 3/29/05!?!

In the email, they said "Due to computer issues, the approval notice did not get sent out." This was not a automatic reply as there was a typo in the reply. They also said the approval notice will arrive in 7 to 10 days.

LUD changed on 6/10 only on my case, but message was still " Pending ..."

Yesterday received approval notice for myself only. Sent email again last night for spouse's status. Got email reply this morning and knew that spouse's was approved too. They said they will mail the approval notice soon.

I just informed lawyer to stop filing 7-year H-1 extension.

Good luck to all who are waiting for yours. But don't just sit and wait. Their mistakes will cost us a lot.

I got reply in half hour....

I sent an e-mail to CSC and they sent a reply in half hour.

I had asked them why I have not received FP notice My 485 RD is 4/14/05...so its been more than 2 months.

Their reply was "It was mailed complete on 4/19/05"

I dont know what that means. I have sent another e-mail and asked them if they mean if they have also mailed my FP notice. I have had DWI so my case will be transferred to local service center.

congrats ultradrowsy!! they thought they could pull a fast one on
u by approving 140 and 485 same day without telling u abt 485!!
every day i learn somethg new abt ...

I also got a response from Div-XII

I wrote an email to the Div-XII address and got a fast response from a
"Center Adjudications Officer".

The response is: "Adjudication should occur in 4-6 weeks"

That does not seem like an auomated response - right? I hope this
means they would process the case within 4 to 6 weeks. Anybody
has any opition/experience?
