PALAMOOR How did you know that your application was received in Phoenix. USPS tracking just states that mine is being "Forwarded" with no additional information for the past week.

I sent mine to CSC and USPS tracking indicated that it was "forwarded". A week has passed and there is no additional confirmation that it was delivered to a different address. I am hoping to receive receipt notice any day now.

Just use your Interim EAD. I did mine at Santa Clara office. They will make a copy of your EAD for file. Bring your current DL. You will need to take a written test. It will be for 5 years. Hope this helps.
