Dependant Card ordered: 17th June after Biometrics on 16th.
Card Mailed: 28th June (10 e-mails for each on 29th June)

Myself: Biometrics -22nd June:
CO:??
For dependants: Biometric on 16th, card ordered 17th, Nothing further till date.
For me: Biomtrics on 22nd. Nothing after that--not even card ordered. :confused:
Similar 120 day approval notice. I had my passport stamped today. Had to wait 2 hours even after an appointment. They give the appointment to 100 people within 1/2 hr :( . In any case , eventually the officer checked on some system and said that the status showed him that the biometrics have...
Anybody with experience on travelling with a stamped passport (temporary proof of perm res) recently? A friend reported that years ago the airline (Air India) did not let him board the plane from India without an additional letter from the embassy.
I called the USCIS number-- They confirmed that nothing further needs to be done. :rolleyes:
If one wants proof for travel etc (or some other reason), then the passport needs to be stamped via an Infopass apptmnt. No photographs etc. are required.
I hope the agent knew the new system well...

OR case, 5 reference letters- 30+publications, ~50 citations listed for 5 of the papers, reviewer -conference chair....
called USCIS last week to enquire about delay. received e-mail on 9th.
NO LUD activity till at least on 7th - didnt check after.
