Biometrics done-no follow up message

I had biometrics done on 22nd (code 2) after 485 approval .
Only LUD changed on 23rd. No FOllow up message. Anyone encountered this situation?

Same thing happened with me to.
I did my biometrics on 11th May and LUD changed on 12th May but the message is still the same.

See case details in my signature.

on 3rd june i did Biometric for three days LUD changed
I think they are now a days doing biometric before hand.

PP stamped on 05-06-2005, LUD changed 05-09-2005.
Biometrics done on 06-17-2005, LUD changed 06-20-2005.

Message still says:
"This case has been approved. On April 25, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this...."

Another funny thing is my I-140, the message still says the case is not approved yet!!

We can't rely on these messages!! Although I saw in some other thread people had updated message saying card ordered etc...

I am wondering if anybody received card recently after giving biometrics (after approval). If so how long it took to receive the card after the biometrics.
 
For Bio after June 17

For most people who did Biometrics after June 17( I am only talking about those whose 485 is already approved),only LUD has been updated. There is no message change. I heard this from 5 different persons.
 
I called 1-800 number told customer rep that I didn't receive the card even after 60 days after case approved. He told it is not unusual. Then I told him, I gave biometrics and got passport stamped, but the message still says "case approved blah blah..." and I wanted to make sure the the information was received.

He was very nice and then looked into my case and told me my case is already in the card production system, I have no idea how he got that information. He said if you do not receive your card by another 30 days callback.

So I am assuming even though message is not being changed first LUD change would be Card Ordered and next LUD (which I don't have it yet changed) change would be Card Mailed (just a wild guess)

Biometrics after approval

When you get biometrics notice after 485 approval. Did LUD or message changed ?

I got approval on May 24. And LUD changed on May 26, and May 27. Then stopped. Till now have n't got Biometrics notice or card. Is this common. Please put some light on it.

Most of the people go for stamping in the passport after the approval, saying that thats what trigger your biometric notice - which likely happen around a month after stamping. In fact my approval said no need to take any action this time but I got my passport stamped. Did you get your passport stamped?

Finger print

Well, for me when I got my passport stamped they have taken my index finger print and signature. And I hope this is what happens to many of us here ( no clues for what if it follows a bio-metric also) FYI, I had my finger prints done on 10/01/04 for the first time after applying for I 485 on 08/25/04. The 485 approval letter said if there is a need for biometric they will send one otherwise will send the green card itself in 60 days of approval.

Recently when did you had the finger prints done?

Here is another update. Probably some other guys who got Card Ordered message on 7/7/05 might have got this update as well. Surprisingly that was fast!!

Did status update on Sunday.. good to know this. Spouse's card ordered on 7/7, no update after that.
 
Got the emails today only (7/11/05) and even LUD also shows 7/11. But the message says:

On July 9, 2005, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her.
