gcjoe, You said, using AP is better than going to consulate for visa stamping. Is there any problem in going to consulate for visa stamping? Because, if the visa is stamped, then it can be used to enter US. If it is not stamped for some reasons, then AP can be used. pr-gc

By God's grace, my I-140 is approved today (no RFE) exactly after 14 months (RD - Jan 9, 2004 - EB3 - India - PD: Oct 2002). My second EAD was approved on Feb 8, 2005. I am a silent observer of this thread for the last 14 months. This is very useful thread & many thanks to Rajiv for giving this...
