By God's grace, my I-140 is approved today (no RFE) exactly after 14 months (RD - Jan 9, 2004 - EB3 - India - PD: Oct 2002). My second EAD was approved on Feb 8, 2005. I am a silent observer of this thread for the last 14 months. This is very useful thread & many thanks to Rajiv for giving this thread. For those who are waiting for long time, I wish all the best to get their approval soon.

I scanned for the I-140 cases filed on 9 Jan 2004. The results are given below:

Out of total 56 applicants for 140 on 9th Dec:
Approved 37
RFE sent 6
RFE received 4
Transferred 1
Received 8

My second EAD RD is Dec 8, 2004. I got the approval in 2 months.

Thanks. Since I am from retrogression affected country & my PD is Oct-2002, I do not think 485 will be approved now.

I know you are waiting for a longtime for 140 & I wish all the best for your approval soon.
