bamba,
Apparently, i went through similar situations. "Pending Decisions" or "Officer Review Pending" cud mean the same thing. This means your file is complete and they are about to adjudicate. I had a situation like this for months before I wrote to Senator. This approach really helps. Why...
Unfortunately, you can't. Though I have received my PR card, my status in web still remains unchanged saying "your cases have been transferred..blah..blah". One thing you might want to do is call them and find out..Their tel. no (215)656-7176.
Travelled with I-551 stamping
Thought of posting my experience that may be useful for others in the forum.
despite receiving my PR card, I tried to travel with just stamping which is valid till Dec 21, 2006. When I tried to retun from germany, before issuing the boarding pass, i was asked...
PR Cards received
This thread is pretty inactive and I assume that the Phili USCIS office is standstill on 485 cases. Surprised off-late there has been no report of any interview.
BTW, I received my PR cards yesterday. I wish rest of them in this thread will hear a similar happy news...

On the 23rd, our family visited the Phili USCIS office for stamping. We took our approval letters and showed and obtained a token. After waiting for about 30 minutes our number was called. We went to the counter and showed the approval letters. The lady on the...

My funny episode continues. Yesterday my kid received 2 same I-797 welcome notices from VSC - (I181) saying that my kid will receive the Plastic card in 3 weeks, while no clue on me and my wife's GC.
Will keep updated so that everyone can know the CIS efficiency.
I underwent the same situation
Gujdho,
I was in a similar situation like you. I sent all the documents to Philly office, which were sent to me back in 10 days. The Philly office advised me to file at Chicago Lock box. Since I had only about 90 days time, in order to avoid further delay, I...
My case is strange
Nemesis,
I posted about my case before. We received a notice saying that my kid's appln has been approved. It takes 9-12 months (Oh God!) to receive physical green card. No news about mine and my wife's cases. May be still under name check. Is that not funny to approve my...
