hello, i applied for h1 extension and h4 extension in jan 07 , i just got approval but did not receive h4 approval or receipt notic for my wife and daughter. her h4 was expired in april 07 ( but we did filed for extension did not received receipt or approval ) please help me ASAP.

Finally certified Pd : oct 2003, eb3, RIR NOF:1/14/07. REBUTTED NOF : 1/28/07 Online status : certified on 3/1/07

same answer i got from another lawer as in point 2(as per user willy gc) . you can retain old pd, does'nt matter eb3 or eb2.so that is good you can retain eb3 pd for eb2 .....that way get gc fast....
