If they do like that atleast my case will be opened b'cos i have been waiting with a PD of Jul'2000.So my guess is they are not doing that.

Good to know it reflects the file date then why are they saying Retrogression works on Priority Date.I believe they should have a column for PD being processed currently

If the Rule was followed we should not be seeing any Approvals later than 01/01/2002 which is not the case .You can see in RupNet guys getting approved who have filed in Sep'2003.
