Second EAD approved

My second EAD is approved in exact two months. At the same time I had applied for AP for me and spouse.
Today message changed for my spouse. It says:

On February 3, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

Is this is a query or approval ?????

I called 1800 number for the same message and their word was Approval but still waiting to see it in paper
