Got my Biometrics notice after 90 days I also got my biometrics notice yesterday in mail. My case was approved on 5/26.

I changed my address in Jan 2005 and informed USCIS. I called 1-800 number they told me to wait for biometrics and also told me my address is correct.

If Detroit area is taking so long to send biometrics notices then they should atleast stamp out passports. Why are they give such a hard time to everybody. I485 AD: 05/26/2005 PP Stamping: None Biometrics Notics: None

No biometrics notice it's been 75 days since my I485 got approved. Detroit INS office is taking too much time. My I485 was approved on 06/26/05. Has anyone got biometrics notice in detroit area with I485 approval on 06/26/05 or later?

When I asked immigration officer about this, he said it's possible to get back on a valid AP. He also mentioned that our systems (Detroit Windsor Tunnel) doesn't get updated right away after I485 is approved. System get updated only after 2 -3 months, so it's just a question of taking chance...

Detroit office is not stamping PP. So I will have to postpone my travel till the time..I get my physical card. Thanks everyone for your responses.

I work close to Detroit Windsor Tunnel. So I went and asked immigration officer there. They told me that I could re-enter using AP. Though I had hard time explaining AOS status.

Thanks freedom4ever, Are you sure about this information, as I talked to my Lawyer and he told me that I could use my AP to come into US? I just want to take second opinion from this forum. Please advise if somebody has been in similar situation before.

No Biometics / PP Stamping for me My I485 was approved on 5/26 still waiting for biometics appointment. I am from Detroit area so no PP Stamping as well.

I also got the similar notice. I work in detroit so went and checked at local office about stamping. They told me they have stopped stamping passport. So I guess not other option except to wait for Biometics notice.
