bigbadwolf, I think mine was direct labor (I am not sure what sub labor is) and it was filed in early 2003. Hope that helps. In addition, the LUD changed on the 131 again today (though it was approved on the 1st). However no LUD changes on the 485s. Thanks

It is EB2. Also it looks like my I-140 approval got triggered by the I-131 application. Thanks
