Sixty days after RFE response

USCIS should make a decision on 485 cases, within 60 days from the date they receive the RFE response. If not we can call USCIS and open an inquiry with them, for which we should get a reply within next 30 days, from the date the inquiry was opened.

I would like to know.. Did any of the following users tried calling USCIS and got a reply recently.. In the spreadsheet attached above, I see for all these users, USCIS received response date is more than 60 days. ( I've listed below only EB3 category)

NSCfiler, MJ23, mojavetoo, justwait(rup), NSE485Sep03, DSM_GC, gc0609,weigoodone1, wilaborgc(spouse), gimmeabreak, krips99

I have added myself and
moved all approved ones on top and
formated date columns and
added one more column for Days after RFE Submitted.

Since my case falls under Retrogression.. I guess there is no point in calling USCIS...I updated my details in the tracker.

Folks,

Got the magic emails last friday. Here are the details -

140/485 RD: 03/04
140 AD: 12/02/04
485 RFE (spouse) : 1/08/05
485 response received by USCIS: 02/02/05
485 (spouse and mine) AD: 3/24/05

I was really worried that the 485s didn't get touched for 7 weeks after RFE, but they finally did come through!
Good Luck to everybody and keep the faith (even if it is the NSC!!)

Hi All,

Just want to share the news that our 485 approved on March 25th.

PD Nov 2001

140 RD March 4th 2004. AD: FEB 16th 2005.

485 RD April 2nd 2004. RFE on Feb 25th 2005. CIS received the response on March 16th 2005. AD : March 25th 2005.

Thought you might want to know this. Our I-485 was 485 approved on March 31st.

PD Dec 2001

485 RD Jan 8th 2004. RFE on Mar 2nd 2005 (Proof of Bona fide Marriage). CIS received the response on March 24th 2005.
LUD Dates: 03/25, 03/29, 03/30.
I-485 AD : March 30th 2005.

I don't know how to add this info to the attached spreadsheet. Can some one add this info please. Would be useful for someone. :)

FBI customer service number

Does anyone know the FBI customer service number. Just would like to call them and find out, whether name check on my case has been completed.

Have anyone called before ? Any input will help.
