    murthytvsn, Mine was only "ability to pay". It didn't mention anything about Educational Eval, probably i had submitted my Edu Eval when applying for 140. Attorney asked me for paystubs for yr 2004, w-2 from me for 2002, 2003 and he gathered w-2s(or financial reports)...

    Pending I-485 with RFE Folks, I have been trying to get info on this one. Does anyone has idea how retrogression would effect cases with I-140 RFE and I-485 RFE?. Please share your ideas and comments.

    murthytvsn, Same here. We are in similar situation. Did you check what'll happen if CIS does not clear our RFEs before dec 31st?. I didn't get a clear answer from my attorney.

    I think officers at POE will stamp your PP, if your 485 gets approved. I am not sure though.

    Basically that query is for employer. Attorney asked me to send All paystubs for year 2004, W-2s and Fed Tax returns for 2002 and 2003. Rest of the documents he said he will get from employer.
