EAD approved - took 185 days RD 05/07/01 ND 08/30/01 AD 11/08/01 as per AVM Please update my details. BTW, since TSC takes over 6 months to process an EAD, I guess I should already start thinking about filing my 2nd EAD application. Where is all this coming to ...?

EAD - 180 days and still waiting Obviously the TSC management is either incompetent, lazy or corrupt. Ziglar should replace it. I filed the AOS package on 05/01/2001 (that\'s 180 days today) and still don\'t have EAD. AP took 140 days. Pathetic.

Yet another proof that INS is useless INS, especially TSC, is a useless agency incapable of performing any of its set missions. The level of "non-service" gets worse with every additional dollar of funding they get. Changing organization charts, or as they call it - RESTRUCTURING...

Got receipt numbers from IIO After dialing 15 times and 20 min hold time I got thru to an IIO. She was surprisingly helpful. Got receipt numbers for I-765, I-131 & I-485. Although I FedExed it in late April, the RD in their system is 08/30. Still waiting for the paper receipts...

I-485: where should one file?? PCee: Actually I now live in New York which belongs to VSC but according to INS the I-485 should be filed at the same center where I-140 was processed. That\'s why I filed I-485 at TSC. Has this rule been relaxed? Am I missing something here? Looks likely...

05/01 still waiting Filed the AOS package (I-485, I-131, I-765) on 05/01/2001 (got Fedex receipt). Still no INS receipts, no approvals. Inquired by fax 2 weeks ago, no response. Getting desparate.
