Anybody had this experience. LUD of 04/03/06 on approved EAD(back in Jan 06). I am from NSC. No other LUD on I140, I485 or pending AP application. I140 also approved quite some time back.My PD is retrogressed Can anyone pls help???

Hello Guys From what I have been reading it appears that I140 withdrawal is the only reason for I485 NOID/Denial when using AC21 so if previous employer does not withdraw I140 then you are safe(assuming you have fulfilled other basic requirements for AC21), am I right?

Now that FBI does not reply to your email for name checks is there any other way to find out if the name check has been cleared? People who have done it pls share your experiences
