It happened to me too!!!! I had a I-485 filed in APR 2002 which was subsequently withdrawn/cancelled. I did file a conc I-140/I-485 in JUL 2004 and USCIS sent a Bio-FP notice for this I-485. However, after the FP it is my OLD case which is updated not the Current one. GC-GUY pl let us know...
