kiddy How many days it took to get approval once RFE response was recieved by USCIS.

Can anyoe please add my info in the sheet I could not do it RFE replied on Oct 7, 2004 and RFE issued on Sept 27,2004 LUD changed on Oct 8, 2004. Thanks. Is NSC slowed down now days once they recieve RFE response. :confused:

My atterony submitted reply to rfe for my dependent kid on oct 7, 2004, the lud chnged saying response recieved and takes so many days and processing will be faster---. in general how long it takes to have descion?? Any expert opinion please.

I hav ealreday aksed from My atterony about the DNA test, he is insisting on certificate. which is very time consuming and I dont know how I can mange that. The funny part is Attarony is not at all coopertaing instead he simply says what is required you have been informed. It is driving me crazy...

Child was not born in US but I submitted his offical birthcertificate which has nam eof both parents.
