My atterony submitted reply to rfe for my dependent kid on oct 7, 2004, the lud chnged saying response recieved and takes so many days and processing will be faster---. in general how long it takes to have descion?? Any expert opinion please.
Can anyoe please add my info in the sheet I could not do it RFE replied on Oct 7, 2004 and RFE issued on Sept 27,2004 LUD changed on Oct 8, 2004. Thanks. Is NSC slowed down now days once they recieve RFE response.
