Has AVM ever been wrong? My attorney still hasn't got the certified doc after a week.

Wassup, On which day, your case got certified? I am calculating when can I get the certification doc, since my attorney hasn't got it, but AVM says it was certified.

AVM updated For my case, it says updated on Feb 4, 2005

I just checked the AVM, it says my case certified. My lawyer hasn't got the letter yet. Hope it is true! My re-test was filed in early Oct, 2004.

such a great news for the group of us who are waiting for the re-test responce. Mine replied in the first week of Oct, still waiting for it. My attorney has sent an inquiry to SF DOL recently, Hope can get responce soon.

Perm Just got a e-mail from my attorney said that she had got some notice said PERM's rule will be published right after Christmas.

3 option letter reply According to my lawyer, they laid-off some officers in SF DOL, at least the officer on my case is gone. Seems a lot of re-test didn't get result after long time waiting. Did anyone do get approved after re-test this two minths?
