You can get iAP I guess ... if you can prove that its an emergency. One of my friend who father was dying got ... interm AP against some medical documents.. Good luck.

Last year - For EAD I sent nothing ... but sent a picture for AP... hope they have not changed the rules.

From what I think: NSC prepares a list of all approvable 485 by RD at the begining of the year . They go FIFO from there ... any 485 that becomes approvable this year is generally reordered in Next year list. So my best guess is they are going by RD...

Yes you get a standard feeback .. the message seems to be common to everybody. Wonder how we will know if the Evidence provided is OK with Adjucators or not.

Let me make a guess.... NSC does not go by PD in a strict sense. They do it the order they received the application [ FIFO]. In the first run they just skipped all the applications and raced with only applications that have had visa numbers. Now they start with this preAdjucation ...

Along with the RFE the USCIS also send me an envelope, with there address on it. The address has a PO box number so .. I guess the fedex cannot deliver it. Should I send it by registered mail ?
