supporting documentation for EAD renewal?

I just did e-filing to renew my EAD (at NSC). This is my first time for online submission. My category is (c)(9), pending I-485. In the confirmation receipt, "Next Steps:" section, I was referred to read form instructions for supporting documents.

My question:

Is a copy of I-485 receipt enough or I need more documents (like a copy of old EAD card?...) to submit? Please advise. Thank you.

Last year - For EAD I sent nothing ... but sent a picture for AP... hope they have not changed the rules.

I think now a days they need a new picture for the ead too.
