ghost_rider, If I file AC21 immediately after I change the employer, Are you saying that previous employer cannot revoke approved I-140? or even if he tries, I will be protected by AC21?

As far as I know you cannot use experience with current employer.

hi golumolu, not everybody is lucky as you are. My company pays for GC and EAD. when EAD is sponsored by company why would they spend another $1500 to process H1 extension. i want to file extension for safer side.

My only worry is if something goes wrong with I-485 (denied), then EAD will become invalid and we will be out of status. I am not sure whether motion to appeal will make EAD valid to continue our work. Can anyone through some light on this?

What happens to EAD status if we file a Motion to Reopen (MTR) to reconsider I-140 decision? Will this not make EAD a valid one?
