PERM approved finally. My PERM got approved today after waiting for a looooong loooooooooong 13 months and 19 days (applied on June 7 2005 under EB-2).

I am. Applied on June 7th. No news of any progress yet.

Mine was filed on 6/17/2004 from WI. I do not see my case info in there. For that matter none of cases from my employer for year 2004 are there. What does this mean? I am confsed a lot. Your comments are appreciated a lot.

If you see at the dates then for India EB2 an EB3 are: EB2 --> 1-Nov-99 EB3 --> 1-Jan-98 So luck for EB2 too if this is correct. But, let's wait till the official release.

Good news on multiple labor from same employer Just gone thru it and yes, infact they removed what they have posted on Aug 8th. So, now there can be more thanone labor rom same employer for same alien. That's a really something which eases tension to some extent. Thanks SlipperyGC for...

Sorry, no info regarding this and as a matter of fact I do not want to bug my employer about these, coz everyone knows that stage from July 28th was In-Process anyway.

Me too not in any mood for joking and that too regarding labor. So take it as my word and all where processed (or filed) in 2nd week of May.

These were filed sometime in 2nd week of May. Hope that boosts the confidence level.

In-Process to Certified To relieve my tension and also all other members tension, here a news. Yeterday my company got couple of PERM approvals from CHICAGO center. So, hope we can hear something about our cases too probably by end of next week.

In-Process to Certified All members, Yeasterday I got mail from my employer saying the recieved 3 PERM (CHICAGO) approvals yesterday afternoon (2 of them for EB-2 and one under EB-3). Looks like we can hear more approvals within a week or so. Best of luck to you all and me too.

No update 2Manzi, Haven't heard anything till now. Looks like the dates might go a bit backward instead of going forward because the cases have been moved to backlog centers. Just an opinion.
