How come they don't publish it? Well, good question.

EB1 and EB2 current - thanks God!
EB3 - cut off down to 2001!

Anyone who doubts the site is legit I suggest going to the main website at:

http://usembassy.state.gov

Then click on "Philippines: Manila" section at "EAST ASIA AND PACIFIC" region.

Then click the "consular services" on the left side of the screen in the "Instant Access to" section.

Then click "Immigrant Visa Information" and finaly click the "Visa Interview Appointments"

This was being passed around most of the day yesterday into late last night.
This is NOT THE OFFICIAL BULLETIN. Also the department of labor has nothing to do with the visa numbers. That bulletin is published by the Department of State. They control the visas. Have to wait until it comes out from them to know for sure what the cutoff dates will be.

I am sorry for the typo. You are absolutely right.
The sentence should read "The Department Of State is holding the bulletin from being published".

I hope it clears the problem.

If you see at the dates then for India EB2 an EB3 are:

EB2 --> 1-Nov-99
EB3 --> 1-Jan-98

So luck for EB2 too if this is correct. But, let's wait till the official release.
