We are in the same situation now. My GC was approved in Sep 07, and my wife's application was submitted on July 07. Haven't heard anything on her case yet. I think it depends on the priority date of the primary applicant. We are EB3-India as well, with priority date of Aug 02.

Same here. I got the welcome notice in mail, and the status changed to "Approval Notice Sent" on Sep 11th. Have'nt received the Approval notice or plastic yet.. how about you?

Got my Welcome letter yesterday, but have'nt received the card yet. Online still says "Notice Mailed welcoming new perm. resident". Has'nt changed to "Approval notice sent" or "Card Mailed". Anyone in similar situation?

did u try to check with your local congressman/senator? They may be able to get the latest information regarding your case.

In my case, i have'nt received the Approval notice sent email yet... 9/4 Card production ordered. 9/5 Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident 9/6 LUD no msg change... when did u get ur approval notice sent msg change...

i got my card production ordered email on 9/4 and notice mailed welcoming new perm resident email on 9/5. There was an LUD on 9/6 with no message change. What are the next sequence of emails? Did anyone who got approved the same time, see any more message changes. thanks

Marooned42: Thanks you so much for your help. I was able to finally convince the boston ASC about the missed FP and was able to give my FP end of July. Thanks again for your input on my case. If not, i would have been just sitting and waiting for the second FP notice from TSC....

i am in the boston area. Actually i had to try a couple of times before they let me do it. I went on a saturday afternoon, when the crowd was limited. The first time it did'nt work, but the second time it worked. If you have the notice, i would suggest you go and tell them that you have to go on...
