I agree, it's a good idea to monitor Sep approvals for EB3/India so we will know if there are any pre-adjudicated approvals still left (I wish we are in this list!!!)
 
This sure is a good sign. I was praying we will have approvals for EB3/India in Sep. If we miss this chance, I don't know when we'll get the next chance.

Congrats Reddy. I got mine approved on Sep 01 2007. Mine WAS EB3 from India, Sep 22 2001. What a relief .

LUDS on my 485

Anandkan,

I noticed 2 consecutive LUDS on my 485, one on 09/03 and 09/05.

Do you have any?

Lx95, I am sure your approval is imminent. Advance wishes..No, I didn't get any LUDs...what is the officer # mentioned in your RFE notice? My officer # is 194.

Mine is XX. Your signature shows 2 LUDs after RFE response (08/17 and 08/24). I noticed one more LUD today (09/06) morning.

Hope this time it is an approval, last time I got RFE after LUDs in July :)

Did you notice any EB3-RFE approvals like us? - who replied in Aug 2007.

It looks like NONE yet.

Are they ignoring us or what?

What is your opinion?
