Congrats and enjoy your freedom!!! It normally takes about a week to receive the approval notice, so you can make the appointment now. If the notice does not come the day before your appointment, you can always cancel it.

When did you contact them? I contacted Senator Bob Graham on 06/28 via his web site, got a confirmation email back and then nothing. My case got approved on July 1. Yesterday, to my surprise, I got a letter from his office, saying that the USCIS had informed them that my case had been approved...

I got mine (bothe the courtsey copy and the original) in a week. If your case is approved on 3/15/2004, you should really call USCIS and verify your address.

I think you have to call the number and leave your contact information, they will call you back. I've seen from this forum that somebody got a call back 9 days after they left the message. From my own experience, I had my FP done on 06/25/03, they received the result on 07/01/03, it took them...

My LUD was changed on 6/3/04, got my case approved on 7/1/04. So, it is definitely a good sign.

It s/b the date your labor was filed or approved, I can't remember exactly. But it should not matter at this point. The applications were not processed based on PD, the PD is only useful when the Visa date is not current.

You can call IRS and ask them for copies of previous years tax returns, tell them it is for INS, they will know the format. It should be free of charge.
