I485 - LUD Changed

I faxed a letter for speedy processing last week, since my FP has passed 13months.
Today i checked and my LUD changed to 07/13/2004, but msg not changed.

Anyone here has any idea what could happen next..

My LUD was changed on 6/3/04, got my case approved on 7/1/04. So, it is definitely a good sign.

My LUD changed once before on 05/2004 and msg changed to the following..

On April 7, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete

You are lucky!!! your approval is very near.
I emailed the senater's office , I also emailed John bishop's office. I sent a letter to TSC, sent couple of faxes to TSC in the last couple of weeks. No reply, Nothing helped. My finger prints are expired i guess. Luck only favours some people. Good luck !!
 
LUD Updated today after 9 months...

Hi All,

After waiting for so many months...finally yesterday LUD changed for the first time.... :)

Again today it changed to 07/13/2004. :p

With a desperate hope, that it will show status as Approved, I clicked on the SRC, but there's no change in the status. That message says same thing which it's been telling since last 9 months... :mad:

I don't know what's going on there !!!! :confused:

Let's hope for the best...

I really hope the LUD change somehow really means approval is coming. But speaking from experience, I got two LUD change recently. One is 6/14/04, another one is 7/8/04. Till today, nothing happened. My FP is expiring in two months. I sent the letter, as well as sending the fax, along with contacting the senator's office, nothing helped. To top it all, my 3rd AP filed on 2/17/04 is still pending. First inquiry produced nothing. The second inquiry is on going now. I hate to be negative, but those are what actually happened to me. Hope you guys have a different experience.
 
Same boat

My FPs are until 8/11, I have sent letter to expedite processing. The only result so far is LUD for my wife and my son is bumped to 7/9, mine is same as before (7/24/03). Hoping for the best!
 
Just an update on my case
I filed my first EAD and AP on 10/2002. Never recieved any approval. Today LUD changed for these both application as 07/14/2004 and msg changed too

for I765:
On July 14, 2004, your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received here for processing. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

for I131:
On July 14, 2004, your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received here for processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.


Anyway I dont know what to expect any more. :mad:
 
follow up

Moments after I posted the previous post, I got the approval emails. Not sure if it proves anything (sample is so small that statistics fail), but my cases were indeed approved shortly after LUD change.

Just another update.

Yesterday LUD changed for my EAD and AP and msg changed too.

Today LUD changed as 07/15/2004 for EAD and AP, but msg remains the same.

I485, LUD still 07/13/2004.


Will wait for tomorrow...
