Congratulations! Mine was received on Dec 2003, FP1 on April 2004, LUD is the same as yours on 7/16/2004. Hope there is some process on my case.

Hi, I changed password on July 15th and got an email conforming this change. A few days later, I checked my online status and found that my LUD is July 16th now. Is this normal, or is there anything *real* progress on my case? Thanks!

I believe you will get you I-140/EAD/AP approved togegher pretty soon. That's my experience, so I can tell.

I think they were doing out-of-order processing on lots of applications. That's why the JIT moved forward sharply and moved back (to 1998) again in 2001. Question is that are they trying to do the same thing now???

It looks to me like each IIO is processing cases of a different RD/ND period, and they do have a plan to process all cases between 01/2002 to 09/2003 before 10/2004 so that they can cut the process time to be <1 year by the end of 09/2004. Also they have somebody process cases of 2003 because...
