    LUD changed on 18 with the following information "we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date........" Again today the LUD has changed again today (19Th), is this common.

    I did Call and i was told that the dates that she see is July 1St 2003 and not Nov 1St 2003 as it is posted on USCIS web site.
