RFE issue

we got the RFE 1st week of june, regarding evl, G325A form and for spouse passport copy, EAD, and G325A. please look for the signature for the dates.

As i noticed that some of the members in this forum received the RFE, on June and got the approval before July 1st. So I was wandering is there anything wrong.

Some how while applying for I-485 in 2003 my attorny did not complete the the G325 properly, so NSC requested for G325A again for both of us including other document as I mentioned above.

Is anybody in same situation.

It is strange in your case. But I believe you will get approval soon. Just think about this way, maybe the officer dealing with your case has gone to vacation or some sort. Is your name check completed? Good luck!

My case is becoming weirder day by day. I wish I can think as you said but it just baffles me. I had another LUD today. It is very interesting to see both my 485 and 765 LUD changes happen in parallel. My name was done in april 2003.
 
coolchap, you may get approval as early as late today, maybe tomorrow. Cross your fingers!!

How do you find out that your name check was completed. Sorry if i am asking a dum Question.
 
You can contact the FBI byt sending an email although I dont have it with me right now. You can find it out by doing a search on this forum. I got it from the forum. Hopefully your words come true I have been through this roller coaster ride whenever there is an LUD
