I've applied 140 in the month of nov-7 - No changes yet - One of my friend who applied on same date and also my company got approved on Nov-22. NO body knows with TSC ?. Now processing dates are 1/7/2004 - I'm not sure what we can do now ?. Please suggest me your experiences ... Thanks

Hello , You mean, did you file I-140 & 485 as in one envelope or different dates. But all these days, the people who are filled in one envelope are getting approved quickly. Thanks for your info .

I've a question , please clarify if this correct or not . I heard , I-140 processing will stop for a while , all I-140 staff will work on i-485 cases ,once the back logs reduces to current , they will jump on I-140 and I-1485 concurrent case . Is this true ?
