Anybodywho did early FP got their Approval ?

Hi all,
I know a lot of people on this forun gave early FP especially at Charlotte. Did anyone from this group get their I140 approval already?
please update this thread so we can keep our hopes up

USCIS works in batches...

The FPs of Nov 20 to 26th were received by INS on 26th and updated on 29th. Looks like USCIS works in batch processing i.e right now they are approving the cases whose FP was received in October last week sometime. Next might me us ... wishful thinking :D :D

May be you're right - I gave early FP on Nov-06 at Charlotte which was originally scheduled on Dec-02 , this could be the reason I've not got any response on my I-140 case , two of my company colleagues filled 140 on same date and also back to back Rec# numbers , they have got approved on Nov-22, but they didn't give FP till the time they've approved .

So far , no status has been updated any cases and also my guess , if the case is complicated ,need more analysis for such cases they might get delayed .

I-485 : Dec-22-2003
FP : Nov-06-2004

I am very happy to tell you all that I got my I140 approval email last night.
My details are
I140 - 11/12/2003
I485 - 12/31/2003
FP -11/06/2004 (did early)
I485 - No change in status are FP results were updated.
Hope I hear the same from you soon
Any idea how long it takes for 485 approval after I140 being approved ?
 
I did my early Fp in Charlotte on Sep 28th 2004. I got my I140/I485 approved on 12/15/2004.

RD for I140/I485 is 11/13/2003

Looks like the officer to whom our case is assigned is on a vacation so it may be picked up only after Christmas now. Otherwise, Aneesh who got approval today has exactly same 140 RD as mine and similar 485 date. :mad: :mad:
 
I was thinking of calling USCIS and making a case enquiry, might help to triger the case process.

please advise....
 
Early FP means you received FP notice for a date to do FP on and you want to go in earlier than that date WITH THE NOTICE and give the FP.
 
Hi all,

I did early FP on 11/6 and I saw Aneesh getting 140 approval.

My details are as below and it is over due.

EB3, RIR, TSC, PD: SEP 2001
140 - RD: 12/12/03, LUD: 11/2/04
485 - RD: 12/31/03, NO LUD TILL DATE
EARLY FP: 11/6/04, NO LUD Change ( FBI confirmed sending the results on the same day to USCIS )
EAD 1, AP 1 - AD: FEB 2004
EAD , AP 2 : RD: 12/6/04 ; LUD ON 12/8, 12/10, 12/13

Waiting and waiting !!

I was enjoying some comments like the officer is on leave etc., - We guys have one heck of a hope and hope TSC works.
