Any latest approvals? I got a call from my attorney that my RIR EB3 category was finally approved from NC-SESA on Nov 19 & was sent to DOL @ Atlanta. IT took more than 1 yr & 4 months at NC. God knows when Atlanta is going to approve... any updates? I tried to call the Atlanta number today...

L1 Stamping This is what I was told: " Visa stamping is not a necessity as long as you are in US, if your L1 has been filed for extension, then you should get your I-797 approval along with I-94 card valid for the duration of the renewed I-797". You are in Status & not out of Status...

Again you are wrong here too L1-A is for 7 yrs & L1-B is for 5 yrs. L1-A is for executives, managers etc. L1-B is for specialized skill sets. Please visit & read the INS webb site.

NO U DONT NEED TO SUBMIT THE PASSPORT FOR RENEWAL This is definitely not true, this is a bogus. L1A or L1B renewal does not need a passport to be submitted. L1- approvals are given based on the company's need & not individuals needs. Dont ever give your passports to anyone, especially to these...
