Today, our (me and my wife) I485 got approved. Got mails at around 8:00 PM. There were no LUDs after FP received LUD.
Duggils1 Theory Holds good. They are approving in order of FP (if your case is complete in all other respect).

Well, I dont know what to say but I still feel that priority date has something to do with when your I485 will be approved.
Or Else how do you expect that priority date will not be current for EB3 from Jan 2005.

if someone gets his I485 approved for 05/2002 then USCIS cannot set...

Is ITIN number same as SSN?
meaning, suppose I have applied for an ITIN number for my wife (on H4) and got an ITIN number, now if I apply for her SSN (on EAD), will the SSN issued will have same digits as ITIN number?
