I went into the Denver ASC one month early on May 27th (scheduled July 1) for my second FP. I just received this notification.... so I guess going early is okay!

Not sure about about processing based on I140 RD
I'm not sure about the INS processing based on I140 RD. My RD was 5/10/02 (AD 08/14/02). My I485 RD was 11/18/02. EB-1.
... and still no love. Not even a peep from Nebraska.

I just hit 480 days on my I485. This was the high estimate on my receipt. I'm a clear cut EB1 from Canada. I still have not recieved 2FP or RFE... but from the sounds of it that's par for the course.
