Not sure about about processing based on I140 RD I'm not sure about the INS processing based on I140 RD. My RD was 5/10/02 (AD 08/14/02). My I485 RD was 11/18/02. EB-1. ... and still no love. Not even a peep from Nebraska. :mad: :mad:
